Can my item be engraved?
Although all our stainless steel jewellery can be engraved, this is not a service we provide ourselves. Most of our customers take their items to a local key-cutter to have it engraved, as they offer a wide range of fonts and sizes. It is usually easier to choose these when you can actually see them in real life.
Can I have my item delivered the next day?
When you get to check out, there is a full range of postal services available, including guaranteed next day delivery. A signature may be required upon delivery. (Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Friday will be process the next working day for next day delivery)
Do you sell Gold or Silver jewellery?
We currently only sell stainless steel jewellery.
How can I secure my ashes inside the jewellery?
We strongly recommend that after you have filled your piece of jewellery, you apply super-glue to the screw before screwing it back into place.
This will avoid the screw ever accidentally becoming undone.
How much ash does my item hold?
Most ashes jewellery pieces are small hollow vessels that holds a tiny, token amount of ashes.
The cylinder shaped pendants hold more ashes, they are empty inside. All other items only have a very small space under the screw.
How long is the snake chain supplied with the pendants?
The snake chain is approximately 51 cm / 20" including its locking mechanism.
